Use of the store

You must be an adult under the law of your place of residence, or use the store with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian. Do not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorized purposes or interfere with its security or the rights of others.

Products and information

Viareline Tri-Lift Peptide Complex is a cosmetic skincare product, not a medicine or a substitute for medical advice. Results can vary. Follow the product instructions and ingredient information. If irritation occurs, stop using it and seek appropriate advice.

Orders, prices and payment

The current offers described as one-time purchases do not create a subscription or recurring charge. Prices for customers in the German market are shown in euros. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and import charges, if any, are disclosed as required before or during checkout. An order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including failed payment, suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, shipping restrictions or legal requirements. If a paid order is cancelled, we will refund the amount due. Payments are handled by Shopify and the payment providers offered at checkout; we do not store full payment-card details.

Delivery, withdrawal and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights, including the EU right of withdrawal and rights relating to goods that do not conform to the contract.

Intellectual property and third parties

Store text, photographs, graphics, designs, trademarks and other content belong to us or our licensors. Do not copy or use them commercially without permission, except where law allows. We use third parties for hosting, payments, analytics, support, advertising and fulfillment. Third-party sites may have their own policies; our legal obligations to you remain unaffected.

Liability and applicable law

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the store. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Florida law applies to these terms without depriving consumers in Germany of mandatory protections available under the laws of their habitual residence or legally available courts.
