This policy describes deliveries to Germany from Celavyn / Viareline, operated by ORIGIN DEVELOPMENT LLC, 9155 S Dadeland Blvd, Suite 1506, Miami, FL 33156, United States. For questions, email contact@celavyn.com.

Dispatch and delivery

Products are shipped directly from China by our third-party supplier and logistics partners. Orders are normally processed within 2 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. After dispatch, estimated standard delivery to Germany is 7 to 15 business days, or approximately 9 to 20 business days from order to delivery. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Carrier, customs, weather, address or unusually high-volume delays may extend delivery. Your mandatory rights concerning late or failed delivery remain unaffected.

Shipping cost and import charges

Standard shipping to Germany is free. Any import duties or taxes not collected at checkout, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility when lawfully assessed and disclosed as required. If you are asked to pay an unexpected charge, contact contact@celavyn.com before paying so that we can investigate.

Separate parcels and tracking

Items in one order may arrive in separate packages. We send tracking information to the email address used at checkout when available. It may take several days for the first carrier scan to appear. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive an update.

Address changes and delivery problems

Check your address before ordering. Contact us promptly if it needs correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. If a parcel appears lost, tracking does not update for an unusually long time, or goods arrive damaged, email contact@celavyn.com with your order and tracking numbers. We will investigate with our partners and provide an appropriate remedy.
