A purchase expressly identified as a one-time purchase is charged once and does not renew automatically. If a recurring purchase option is offered, its price, billing frequency, renewal terms and any minimum commitment will be shown before you place the order.

To cancel a recurring purchase option or ask about a future charge, email contact@celavyn.com with your name and order number before the next scheduled billing date. We will confirm the cancellation and stop future charges in accordance with the terms presented when you purchased. Cancellation does not automatically refund charges already completed or goods already dispatched; your statutory withdrawal and other consumer rights remain unaffected.
