14-day right of withdrawal for EU consumers

If you are a consumer in Germany or elsewhere in the EU, you may withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after you, or a person you designate other than the carrier, receives the goods. If goods from one order arrive separately, the period begins when the last item arrives.

To withdraw, send a clear statement of your decision, preferably including your name and order number, to contact@celavyn.com or by post to ORIGIN DEVELOPMENT LLC at the address above. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. Sending your notice before the deadline is sufficient.

No physical return is required. After you notify us, you may keep or discard the product; do not send it to our business address. We will refund all eligible payments, including standard outbound delivery charges, within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We will use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. We do not require original packaging or an intact seal to process a withdrawal.

Voluntary 90-day money-back guarantee

In addition to your statutory rights, Viareline Tri-Lift Peptide Complex purchases are covered by our voluntary 90-day money-back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied, email contact@celavyn.com within 90 days after delivery and include your order number. Opened products remain eligible. Once your request is approved, you may keep or discard the product and we will refund the eligible purchase price to the original payment method. No physical return is required. This guarantee does not limit your statutory rights.

Damaged, defective, incorrect or non-conforming goods

Contact us promptly at contact@celavyn.com with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue. No physical return is required. We will provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include replacement, repair where appropriate, a price reduction or a refund.

Refund timing

After we approve a refund, we submit it to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take a further 5 to 10 business days to display it. If more than 15 business days have passed since our confirmation, contact us.
